Fatture commissioni Amazon USA

Premesso che ho già chiesto assistenza su sellercentral.com ma sembrano non capire (...), provo a chiedere qui per praticità: qualcuno di voi vende sui market nordamericani?
MI sono accorto che, a differenza dell'account che ho sui market europei, su quello nordamericano non mi mettono le fatture delle referral fees, solo quelle della pubblicità (ads).
Qui le trovo su report - documentazione fiscale - Fatture delle commissioni addebitate al venditore (Seller Fee Invoices in inglese)
Sono le "Merchant VAT Invoice".
Benchè in USA non ci sia l'IVA, io avrei bisogno di un documento per "scaricare" queste spese, se le fatture me le fanno per la pubblicità non capisco perchè non le facciano per le commissioni che prendono regolarmente.
Mi sfugge qualcosa?
PS: non uso FBA, spediamo dalla nostra sede e con nostra logistica (DHL)

I noticed that, unlike the account I have on the European markets, on the North American one they don't give me invoices for referral fees, only those for advertising (ads).
