I'm currently facing an issue while trying to enroll my brand, Plush Kickz, in the Amazon Brand Registry program. According to the instructions provided by Amazon Brand Registry Support, a verification code has been sent to the trademark correspondent listed on the agency website where the trademark for Plush Kickz is registered.
However, despite my best efforts, I have been unable to reach out to the trademark correspondent, via the provided email address. I have already submitted all the necessary documentation, including detailed company information and files, along with proof of an active trademark with the USPTO. Additionally, our company website is up-to-date and accurately reflects our brand.
Since the verification code is crucial for the progress of my application for Brand Registry, I'm seeking guidance on how to proceed in this situation. Is there any alternative method to obtain the verification code or a way to escalate this issue to Amazon's support team for further assistance?Any advice or insights from community members who have encountered similar challenges would be greatly appreciated. The "trademark correspondent" is the attorney that you paid to file with the USPTO.
Are you saying that you don't have their phone number to call?
What email address did you use to give them the filing information?

@Seller_kIukTwdhvntApis correct here in that this verification code is sent directly to your listed attorney. I was able to find this recent thread with a similar situation, maybe you would have luck finding the phone number for your attorney by locating their website?
