Always seller is forced to fulfil suspicious orders and after delivery refund is claimed by buyer giving fake reasons and Amazon India very easily issues refund without any query and consent from seller. Have faced this issue several times.

I also agree with the same. In fact everytime a case is raised for a suspicious order, it is always responded with “Please Ship” by Amazon 99% of the times

Its very easy to scam very virtually any non-partnered amazon seller. I have been scammed for 1.85 Lakhs recently. Sold a high value laptop of above amount mentioned, buyer falsely marked a claim as received a different item and we received a different item and not the actual item which we shipped. It is so easy to dupe or scam any seller, they by default give this option " Item not as Described" on nearly all items whether its a small value item or very high value item. We are being slapped in the face due to loopholes in amazon policies and the worst part is, its not going to stop any time soon. Third party sellers are treated indifferently sellers like Appario. There are no serial no’, IMEI checks etc. for third party sellers.

Amazon should make a system for sellers to upload the the pictures of the product they are sending, from all six sides, of the product we are shipping [Left, Right, Top, Bottom, Left Side and Right Side] Further mentioning Serial No’, IMEI etc. can help further. Especially this should be mandatory for all sellers for high valued items. Amazon is not unfair to any seller as per my experience, its the buyers who manipulates both amazon and sellers. The whole system should be fool proof so any scammer should have a tough time trying do a scam.

We are getting highest Fraud Ratio, from Jaipur, Rajasthan.
It seems some scammer gang is active over there. Anybody else faced issue from same place.
