Seller {personal data removed, moderator edit} Mapped my Top selling ASINs
A new seller with the storefront name: {personal data removed, moderator edit} has mapped my top selling ASINs, and is undercutting my prices. I don’t even know what product he is sending to the customers. Please take some action and block him. I have already reported this many times, filled all the forms but no action from Amazon. Block such cheap people from amazon.

Hello @Seller_7KH8QuJanWhMc,
Thank you for reaching out.
I have removed some of the content you posted to protect personal data.
Which reporting path did you use to address this with Amazon?
Best, Julia.

A Right Way to Remove Unauthorized Mapping from Your Amazon Listing.
Dear Seller,
If another seller has mapped your product listing without your permission, you can follow the below steps to remove that mapping using Amazon’s official process. Please ensure you follow this properly and do not misuse the method.
🔹 Step-by-Step Process to Remove Listing Mapping:
1. Identify and Order the Mapped Product:
Go to your product listing and click on “Sold by [Seller Name]” to visit the mapped seller's profile. Place an order directly from their listing (the one mapped to your ASIN).
2. Wait for Delivery and Invoice:
Once the product is delivered, the invoice will serve as proof that the mapped seller is using your brand name without authorization.
3. File a Trademark Infringement Claim:
Use the Amazon Brand Registry – Report a Violation tool to raise a trademark complaint: https://brandregistry.amazon.in/brand/report-a-violation
>> Detailed Instructions Of How To File A Trademark Infringement Claim:
a. Go to Brand Registry in your Seller Central and click on "Report a Violation (Get Started)"
b. Enter your ASIN in the search box and select “amazon.in” as the marketplace.
c. Click on "Show Offers" – you will now see the sellers mapped to your ASIN.
d. Check the box next to the mapped seller’s name. On the right side, select "Trademark Infringement" as the report type.
e. On the next screen (Additional Information), select:
• "A product or its packaging has my trademark on it"
• Choose your Brand Name and your Trademark
f. Select "Yes" when asked if you purchased the product, and enter the Order ID of the product you received.
g. In the additional information box, clearly explain the issue. You can write something like:
“The seller has copied my listing and is using my brand name without permission. This has harmed my brand’s reputation. Please investigate and take appropriate action.”
Amazon Review:
Once submitted, Amazon’s Brand Registry team will typically review the issue within 2–3 business days. If the claim is valid, Amazon will automatically remove the mapped seller from your listing.
Note: This guide is for informational purposes only. Please use it responsibly and only in genuine cases of mapping or trademark violations.
We hope this article will be helpful to you.
Thank You!
