Opening a second and new account
Hello,
13 market accounts that I opened with a single e-mail address 2 years ago were suspended due to suspicion of association between them. As a result of the suspension process, North America, Japan and Australia accounts were opened. However, the European market account status is invalid. In this case, can I open a new European market seller account with the UK company? thanks.

If you open more accounts, Amazon WILL link them (it may take a while). If any one of the accounts is suspended, then all will be suspended.
You need to figure out what is causing the problems with your existing accounts, and resolve those problems.

Hello @Seller_VAXyaAFedpG5D,
Thank you for posting your inquiry to the Forums.
Per Amazon's multiple selling account policy, you may only maintain one Seller Central account for each region in which you sell unless you have a legitimate business need to open a second account and all of your accounts are in good standing.
If any of your accounts are not in good standing, we may deactivate all of your selling accounts until all accounts are in good standing.
Examples of a legitimate business justification include:
- You own multiple brands and maintain separate businesses for each
- You manufacture products for two distinct and separate companies
- You are recruited for an Amazon program that requires separate accounts
I have included some resources below that provide additional detail on multiple account policy and how to address violations:
