Account Deactivated Due to Multiple Stores
Account recently deactivated for having multiple stores. The thing is, i started my store almost 5 years ago. About 1 or 2 months into selling, I changed the name of the storefront to what is now. I am not sure how to reach the "other store" because it is the same store, but just with a different name. I use the same long in credentials I always have. Has anyone dealt with this? Appeal submitted and awaiting to hear more from Amazon.

- Hello @Seller_efS4tIp9qHslm,
Thank you for taking the time to connect with us via the Forums. Dealing with an account deactivation can be difficult and frustrating. It seems that you have a store in another Market, maybe another country.
I will try and provide some general guidance. For greater detail concerning your specific situation, please provide an ASIN, Case ID or Performance Notification. With that information and the help from an internal team, I am able to research in greater detail.
There may be a couple ways to select a different store in your account. Here is one way:
- Click the settings wheel, top right corner in Seller Central
- Click Account Info - Here you should be able to view all the Regions and Stores you have in your account
To access one of those stores:
- In the Black Bar - top of the page - right next to where you see Seller Central - You should see your name in a white box
- Click in that box and on your name - the Store and Region you are currently looking into will be at the right of your name
- All your other stores and regions should be seen here and you can select them and switch to the other Store/Region
- Sometimes, if one of the other Store/Region is deactivated, this will deactivate your US store.
Please review your Performance Notifications - you should have the information there:
- From the menu line, top left corner
- Drag down to Performance
- Slide over to Performance notifications
I recommend you review Amazon Global Selling - you will find links in this document that may also be helpful.
If one of your other stores is deactivated, you will need to correct that issue to reactivate the US Store/Region.
Please reach back out after you have followed the steps above. I do want to hear back from you. Please do provide an ASIN, Case ID or Performance Notification at that time. I am happy to assist you.
I look forward to your response. Thank you for reaching out on the Forums.
