I have been certified by Supplier Gateway for various diversity certifications yet Amazon has only accepted 3 out of my 4 certs and rejected one. When I reach out to support they have no idea what I am talking about or are only focused on brand certs, which is a whole different thing.

Has anyone had any success getting help with this? I have followed all of Amazon and SupplierGateway's requirements, but I am still stuck.
