No Support from Amazon by Phone

When I open a case and want to get support by phone I cilck "call me now" button as usual but my phone doesn't ring thouhg it's written on the screen that "Your call is now connected". I tried several times but the result is the same. I tried also to schedule a call and wait for Amazon to call me in the time range that I choose but no one called me from Amazon. Is there anyone having the same problem and got a solution?
