A product of 3 variations got divided into two product listing on approval
Upon listing my product with 3 variations, it got approved as two product listing with one list have two variation and the other list is the third variation. I asked the chat support and they said we will confirm you via mail after solving. However, I got an immediate mail which is,

1) Log into Seller Central.
2) Click Add Products via Upload under the Inventory tab.
3) Search the product you wish to list. Select the inventory file option and select "category specific inventory file".
4) Open the flat file, go to the Template tab at the bottom of the excel sheet, and enter your product details.
(Note: Make sure that you enter information for the attributes that are in bold (i.e. product_subtype, item_sku, part_number, etc). Please refer to the Instructions, Data definition, Images, Valid Values and Example tabs in the flat file to understand how to fill the details in the flat file.)
5)For the parent item:
a. Please enter values for required fields, including SKU. This can be any alphanumeric string of 40 characters or less, but it must not duplicate any of your other SKUs. Sellers often append "-parent" to their parent SKU to distinguish it from other SKUs.
b. Leave the Parent SKU field blank.
c. Enter a value of "parent" in Parentage and enter a valid value in Variation Theme.
d. Leave Relationship Type blank.
e. Leave all the other non-required fields blank.
4. For each child item:
a. Please enter values for required fields (for example, brand, item-type, or variation theme attributes like size, colour or flavour). If the Advanced Category listing template is not downloaded, then the required fields will not be included in the file and uploading the file will not display the missing required fields.
b. Fill in the “Parent SKU” field using the value from the parent's SKU. This value will be the same for all child items.
c. Enter a value of "child" in Parentage and enter "variation" in Relationship Type.
d. In the Variation Theme field, enter the same value that you provided for Variation Theme on the parent. This value will be the same for all child items.
5) Select partial update in update/delete column.

However, I came to know that I cant download template on this particular ""category specific inventory file"." on amazon india. Should I wait for them to fix my error, or do I need to clarify with them about this mail?
