I filed a trademark infringement on two of my products because after having been off Amazon for a couple years, two other companies were claiming those products as theirs. It was causing me trouble in listing the products myself... and those other two companies did not even have the product to sell. This removed my products from their stores, HOWEVER it has also blocked me from being able to sell it. I have gone round and round with Amazon through email and CALL ME NOW, and nobody can fix this. This last person I talked to told me I could retract the infringement, but I have not found a place to do that. AND, when I search my case number in one area I found, it says the case was not found.

Does anyone know how to retract the infringement and/or find a person that can fix this problem for me?
