Needing some advice

I’ve called Amazon 5 times on this matter. No help. I sent in 83 items fba. 83 skus. Someone at Amazon entered quantity as 2 on everything. Says I sent in 166 items. This was not my fault. When I call they first said , once the shipment is closed it will be resolved. Never has. I get notifications of customers purchasing items that I know I only have one of and sold already. So frustrating!
