Why Are Some Sellers Allowed to List RF Skincare Devices Without FDA Approval, But Mine Gets Blocked?

I've noticed multiple sellers on Amazon listing RF (radio frequency) skincare devices. Their titles and descriptions openly include "RF" and even state in their disclaimers that the product is not FDA-approved. However, when I try to create a similar listing with "RF" in the title or description and include the same disclaimer, my listing gets blocked.

Why is this happening? Are these sellers using some kind of workaround, or is there an inconsistency in Amazon's review process?

Looking forward to insights.

Good Morning @Seller_ohygEC1PYDyqh,

I wanted to reach out on this discussion to see if I could be of assistance. You mentioned that your ASIN gets rejected when you list it.

Do you by chance have a CASE ID you filed with Selling Partner Support trying to appeal the listing removal?

I am looking for a bit more context as to why your listing continues to be blocked. If you have not filed a case with Selling Partner Support yet, can you please go through that path first and share with them as much detail as possible such as:

  • ASIN you are trying to list
  • Messaging and screenshot you are seeing that your ASIN gets blocked with
  • Sharing appeal documentation to prove why your listing should be reinstated
  • Any other information that might help Seller Support with their investigation

Feel free to post the CASE ID in this discussion once you have contacted support so we can follow the case along to the conclusion. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Hope you have a great rest of the week.

Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
