Account re-verification

We've been asked by Amazon to re-verify our account before June. The first stage of the process was to enter our Business Information, and verify our telephone through a PIN sent either through SMS or Call.

The PIN never came through when I entered by cellphone number. Tried my other cell number and didn't work either. No SMS received.

Selecting the "Call" option, but got an error message "Called too early". What does "called too early" mean? It's the middle of the afternoon here in Taiwan, so it's not so "early"??

Can someone help with how to get the phone number verified?

Good Evening @Seller_EJa9Gkb2ZRwhu , as Medic mentioned above, please ensure the proper formatting of your phone number is on the account. There should be a "+" symbol and then your country code:

"phone-number displayed has the format of: +country code xxxxxxx"

Check under your Account Preferences_Notifications that your Prime Notification cell phone number is correct.

According to other sellers' posts, the Call option does not work.
