You don't. You have to research and create your own relationships with authorized suppliers.

You are working at it from the wrong end.
You get a list of suppliers from the brand owner / manufacturer when you ask for their authorization to sell on Amazon.
In writing.
Amazon certainly has their own proprietary data about suppliers, but they will not be sharing.
Amazon cannot grant you permission to sell anything. Only the brand owner can do that.
When Amazon allows you to list, they assume you have that authorization.
