Low sales is not something I can escalate to resolve, but I can possible provide some suggestions or areas of focus for you and other Sellers.

Had you seen any kind of lift from Prime Day or are your sales still decreasing?

I will help wherever I am able and for now, the Increase sales help page is a good place to get started. I recommend exhausting the non-paid options first like optimizing your listings before spending on Ads.
