Account hacked over one month ago
On August 3, 2023 my account was hacked. As of today September 6, 2023 the account remains hacked, thankfully I was SFP and I had no merchandise stored with Amazon.
The hacker was very kind to email me and let me know which emails he hacked and I had to midnight on a certain day to pay $500.00 in bit coin. Before deleting every email associated with that account I sent the hacker my response. I told him to keep the account it was my gift to him, and then I deleted every account associated with that account.
I brought my computer to the Geek Squad and they scraped the computer clean. What was interesting was my computer was clean and the hack came from inside Amazon servers.
Now remember I was hacked over 4 weeks ago. Last week they told me to open a new account and when the account was open they would be able to transfer my old account to my new account, well that is not true. So right now I have one account that is live on Amazon, that no one can get into and I have a new account that I am starting from scratch.
The kicker to all of this is, I was charged $399.00 today for the monthly Amazon fee for the old account.

You can't have 2 accounts (only under very specific circumstances), so the "new" one will be suspended shortly.
The monthly charge is $39.99, not $399.00..

What amazes me is TVOi is not interested in my account was hacked over a month ago, I have not had any income for over a month but you picked up on that seller support not me had me open another account and I had a type o.
I realized today as I sat at my desk trying yet again to get someone to help me, I can not deal with stupid any longer. If I wanted to listen to stupid I have enough stupid things in my own head that will last me till I die.

If you had 2 way authentication set up no one could have hacked your account.
