Amazon Return Rate
I have a product that sales great. Like I do probably 20+ sales a day on this item. The problem I'm having is that 1 out of 10 orders gets returned. The return states it's because the size. That would be all fine if I didn't have this same product on my personal site selling at the same rate as it does on Amazon. I get no request for returns from those orders. All positive reviews. Also the size guide is in full display on the listing. I bring this up because I got 2 returns in the mail today and the packages were never opened, yet they returned them for size. Am I missing something?

Hello @Seller_PUOx59M4WLwkm
Thank you for posting your inquiry to the Forums.
If an item is returned outside of Amazon's return policy or in used, damaged, or materially different condition, you can charge a restocking fee per the guidelines. I have included the help page below:
Please note that for "buyer-fault" returns such as an accidental order or where there’s a better price available, you can deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund. You can refer to the below help pages for additional detail.
