Amazon is causing me a lot of loss. as the pickups are not done in time and are being cancelled by the customers

also many of my products have not been returned . amazon policy only benefit them they have neither returned the product not refunded any compensation . i had filed a complaint in time. spoke to someone who said i was eligible for refund . but nothing came . i inquired today about it and they say that i can only claim my own product only within 30 days . which i had done . complaint no . Case ID:10219652612. they just put case resolved but it never was. and never did anything actually . amazon is a big fraud company with cheating policies.
