Unable to get a phone call from the customer service

honestly, I'm about to lose it, for the last three weeks, I have been back-and-forth with the customer service through the email, and it boggles my mind that most of the replies are either automated or doesn't help in anyway, for the last few weeks, I have been getting this error ( Internal failure Sorry. we are unable to process vour request. try again) , and I have tried every possible solution, including different devices, different browsers, clearing the data, and the catch et cetera of every browser using different numbers your name it I've done it and the same thing, I have multiple issues that I need to take care of through the phone and this is just setting me back, please, if there is anyone that can help me to solve this issue, I'm beyond frustrated and tired.

You might have better luck posting your problem in this forum and see if any other sellers can help out. Far too often the "help" you get on the phone is not helpful and has been known to contradict other "help" from support persons. No one here can help with the phone issue.
