Can supplier apply the FNSKU label on the products

Hi! This is my first time selling products through Amazon FBA. I am planning to send the products directly from China to the Amazon warehouse. May I know who would be able to apply the FNSKU barcode label onto each individual product for me? Can the supplier in China or Amazon do it for me?Can I create a listing before products are shipped out from China in order to get a FNSKU barcode from GS1?

An FNSKU is not the same as a barcode from GS1 which you will find on basically all items in shops etc. FNSKU are purely for Amazon's use and have no meaning outside of Amazon.
Your supplier may be willing to do it for a fee. Amazon will also do it for a fee, though only if your items have a GS1 barcode on them which i assume they do not. So either your supplier do it, you do it (which would mean not shipping direct to Amazon) or you use a 3rd party prep company to do it - which again means not shipping direct to Amazon.
On shipping direct to Amazon from China, I think a lot of sellers would recommend at least initially personally inspecting your goods before sending them to Amazon as there are all kinds of things that can wrong.
On creating the listing first, yes to get an FNSKU and even to create a shipment you need a listing first. So it's not that you can create a listing, it's that you must.
You should certainly be ensuring you can even sell the items on Amazon before you place an order. You don't want to be ordering a million baby bottles to find Amazon won't even let you sell in that category.
