Shipping and estimated delivery date
I ship from France and have my dispatch set for 1 say shipping. Amazon delivery date estimates are too short and not allowing enough time for most items to be delivered to UK.
If I extend my handling time but ship early what happens to the estimated delivery date? Will they use the actual shipped by date to estimate expected delivery date or will this in effect give me a few extra days.
Example: Shipping currently set to 1 day delivery estimated 14th - 17th November
If I change to 3 days shipping then delivery estimate should be 16th to 19th November but if I still post within one day will the estimated delivery be 16th -19th November or be recalculated back to 14-17th ?

when you despatch, as far as I am aware does not have any impact on the estimated delivery times, so if you set a longer handling time and despatch earlier, what you are suggesting should work. If you move to the professional selling plan you can choose to set your own shipping times though.
