Unit count and Unit count type always error
Hello
Unit Count and Unit Count Type
No matter how I modify these values, I have always reported an error
The system can’t recognize the value in my batch type

It has always been displayed: "batch type" is required, but it is not provided.
It is the Amazon system that I have never recognized the value I fill in
Please help me solve it, this has seriously affected my sales
Please see attached screenshot

looks like you are attempting to alter the “item form” from oil to tablet.
The item form for the item determines what unit count type you can use.

I'm having the same issue. How did you solve it? Thanks~

Hello, @Seller_AkarIv8NDgp4A and @Seller_LQsFTZVOUOwp7,
Thank you for bringing your question to the forums.
Unit count and net count type values should be selected based on product type and item form selected. For example, if your ASIN belongs to the ‘Shampoo’ product type and Item form ‘Liquid’, the unit count type should be fl oz. For more information, go to complete list of valid net content values and unit count type values.
We have more information here: Conditional Unit Count based on Item Form, Normalized Value of Size, Item Form, Number of Items and Net Content details- FAQ
