WHATS WRONG WITH MY MSDS????☹️

At first my product was classified as"NON-DANGEROUS GOOD"been sold for awhile and their status has changed to"DANGEROUS GOOD PROGRAM FULFILLABLE"

However my other identical products are still "NON-DANGEROUS GOOD" I have been 'Dispute classification' consistently for two months now and still no progress, what is wrong?

Where was your MSDS produced, by a testing lab or yourself? All USA manufacturers are required to give their commercial retails a copy.,

If you are a licensed business you are required by law to have a MSDS for every product you sell, and if you have employees, that extended to every product your business uses in the daily course of operations.

The MSDS contains a breakdown of the product components, how it is used, how it should be handled and stored safely, and instructions for misuse either externally or internally.

What does your MSDS contain?

Hi @Seller_MMIJbGsdn7juR, in addition to SELLC's questions above it's hard to say without knowing more specifics. If you can share any applicable case IDs I'd be happy to take a look and see what can be discerned and if I can escalate as needed.

I've found that there's no escaping that loop without an SDS. However, that said, I have also found they will sometimes accept an older one (older than their 5-year requirement) if the product is pretty clearly not dangerous.

Where do you see if am item is classified as Dangerous Goods ? I have one item that always needs to be shipped to a different location for FBA than all the other items that are similar, I'm trying to figure out if its been marked dangerous goods.
