Seeking Advice: Insurance Requirement During Account Suspension

I received an email notification about the commercial liability insurance for the products sold on Amazon Marketplace expiring soon.

However, my account has been suspended since August of last year, and I haven’t made any sales since then. I am still working on appealing the suspension of my account.

- Do I still need to maintain the insurance in this situation? Please advice.

What are the odds of you recovering your account?

What were you suspended for?

Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.

Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.

If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.

Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?

NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.

The Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement stipulates that if your total sales revenue on the Amazon marketplace exceeds $10,000 in a month, or as otherwise required by Amazon, you must maintain current commercial insurance coverage and submit proof within 30 days of receiving a verification request.

But my account has been deactivated, and my total sales revenue on Amazon is $0 in a month. I am still working on appealing. Do I still need to maintain Amazon insurance?

I really need some help with this. Thank you so much. @Micah_Amazon
