Amazon doesn't accept review on THIS Product.. customer faces while posting feedback. strategic suppression..should you trust the platfrom even for genuine customer orders?
we are manufacturing company, not only dependent on Amazon. consider Amazon as one of many platforms. during the last 5 years on Amazon, we have experienced -
Amazon tried taking over the sales 3 times, by approaching the brand to provide the stocks to ClickTech Retail (Amazons venture), never accepted.
as per company policy we are putting heavy money on this platform.
atleast 100 of our customer reported us that there feedback never came on Amazon, even after 6 months of approved phase.
in recent one of the order, Customer ordered 2 times with different different models and tried and match up with suitability,
every time amzon charges deducted, item and box, contents damaged in shipping (raised SAFE-T claim, did not receive reasonable value, even not the cost of accessories, forget the main items), also 2 times deduction done exclusive of the damaged return. loss accepted 2X inventory cost + 0.5X amazon charges, which is 5,500 + 28,000 INR on the item sale of 13,000 INR but now,
finally customer is happy and they tried putting their genuine feedback with no pressure from our side,
first customer feedback came live on amazon and within 24 hours it is deleted mentioned community guidelines (which was very simple review with no biased feedback), amazon recommend the customer to update and resubmit the feedback
Now, Amzon is showing very unique concerning message to customer "We Apologies but Amazon is not accepting review on this product from this account"
Also we were using FBA during the sale period, Amazon kept the inventory on hold as "inventory under review" for around 20 days after months of selling the same from the existing stocks from the FC., when we recalled back the inventory after 20 days of waiting , i was shocked to see what was the inventory review going on... it was received to us AS IS packed sealed and sent into same state as we had shipped.. this make sense during new shipment checkin only.. but all this done strategically during sale period. impacting the sales.
Also, in parallel Amazon pushing more visibility & stress on the brand which is sold via Clicktech Retail Private Ltd , there wont be any surprise amazon may launch the similar product on amazonf owned brand... we are neither afraid, but can assure all eforrt will lead to serious fail, keepin our patents, copyrights as last mile strike for all of them..
by doing this Amazon might be very happy happy suppressing. but this is only one of many platforms out there for us. if they are targeting indian brands to suppress, they must forget it completely. we know what amazon did with Solimo story of overtaking and many such cases.. we can only assure that it may be very traumatic experience for the platform itself doing business in india..
must be careful.
