Best Selling ASIN Suddenly Deactivated, No Reason Given
Our top selling ASIN was suddenly deactivated, and the option for appeal is not present anywhere. The "Review Blocked Reason" says "myp-actions-currently-inactive".
This is a business critical issue, causing severe issues.
Shortly after this ASIN went down, every single ASIN in the "Manage your Compliance" dashboard also disappeared! These were ASINs that were down due to "Skin Lightening/Whitening" issues. We are in the cosmetic category.
The method to appeal is absolutely nowhere to be found for any of these downed ASINs.
Amazon, please help resolve this seemingly technical issue, causing massive issues.

You sell brands. Do you have a "Letter of Authorization" from each brand? If not, this is most probably the reason for this deactivation. The brands don't want some random sellers to sell their products on Amazon.
For better advice copy and paste here Amazon's deactivation email.

I have the same issue this week with myp-actions-currently-inactive
I have opened three cases with seller support and they cannot tell me the reason behind or the meaning of "myp-actions-currently-inactive"

You will need to edit Safety and Compliance section in your listing. This probably will be the dangerous goods regulations attribute and to provide the SDS sheet of your product. This is one suggestion and the basic idea is that you will need to edit the most relevant attribute in the safety and compliance section that's is required according to Amazon policies and currently has a false value in the listing

Hi @Seller_vJBJuteKp5x8X,
I have reviewed your account and found Case: 16545891301 and it looks like it was removed due to bacterial and acne being perceived as medical claims in your images. I would update your images or reply to the case and state that the images have been updated or why they state what they do so it can be reviewed.
I hope this information is helpful!

First of all, I am sorry this occurred. From what I understand, Cosmetics is a very difficult Category on Amazon, considering the legal testing documentation required as well as Amazon's overwhelming fear of being sued.
Were this to happen to me, my next step would be to use the "Call Me Now" feature when creating a case. I also recommend you do this during business hours, M-F only, because you are more likely to reach a U.S.A. Based Seller Support Member who can at least comprehend your situation if not solve it.
I expect your ASIN has been deactivated due to the Amazon A.I. misunderstanding your product, and has "Flagged" it for removal. A U.S.A. based Amazon Seller Support Rep SHOULD be able to discover exactly WHY this happened, so perhaps you may find a way to counter their assertion and restore the ASIN.
Good Luck!
