Cannot Add Shipper and Unable to "Accept charges and confirm Shipping"
This is my first shipping using AGL. I CANNOT Accept charges and Confirm Shipping when I hover over the button. I have received an estimate price. When clicking on the Add or Edit Shipper I dont see anything. What do I do wrong? How to get a list of Shippers? I have deleted the workflow and created new ones for the last 4 days. Same issue. Pls Help! Thanks.
I have an importer of record (IOR) and CAIN number,
