Dimension Correction for ASIN_B0CPC5BM1T
Dear Team,
I am new seller with Amzaon. Being a new seller, I updated wrong dimension of packages of my first 8-9 orders.
Parcels height was wrongly updated by me for my first 8-9 orders due to lack of dimension knowledge.
I updated length measurement on the option of height means length and height updated same.
When I observed that my payment details are showing as negative then I contacted with inbound team. Contact person name was Mr. Udit and he created CASE ID 9403124522.
Mr. Udit has confirmed me that height of parcels were updated wrong therefore your payment details are showing negative.
He further confirmed that you will get of re-imbursement after raising request for correcting dimension.
Hence, I raised request 2 times as per guideline of dimension correction for Product ASIN but both times Amazon has rejected my request by saying that the images shared by me were not meeting guidelines.
Selling product in Amazon is my first experience and I can say it is not good experience as I feel very disappointed.
It is almost 2 months with Amazon & I have completed more than 11 orders approx till now out of them 3-4 orders are returned.
I want to say despite of many orders completion I did not received any single penny from Amazon and it is showing my account negative by more than Rs. 600/-.
I don’t understand that I sold my goods on Amazon platform on my price but I did get my selling amount till now as payment details are showing negative.
Being a new seller on Amazon I wrongly mention dimensions for product but for this mistake Amazon has punished me a lot and made me in loss.
Further I would like to draw your attention towards my product which is a night suit with weight 415 gm to 450 gm approx.
It is a commonsense thing that such suit which is very soft can-not has dimension (height) which wrongly mentioned due to less knowledge.
Amazon should have policy that if product has wrong dimension Amazon should not accept it.
Therefore I request you to do the needful and send my money to my account.
If you feel that I am not able to measure correct dimension and has done mistakes in my both requests then please get pick up a product from me and measure the correct dimension from your end.
