Orders not getting picked up

I am a New sellor and my orders are not getting picked up and getting cancelled, no one comes to pickup the order due to which my 3 orders has been cancelled.

This is an ongoing problem with Amazon easy ship and the worst part is that Amazon refuses to rectify this. Amazon claims that mis pick ups do not effect your account negatively but they do so without any fault of yours. Instad of being a boon, Amazon is turning out to be a bane for Micro enterprises like ours
