need video call link for identity verification
I need to have a video call to complete my identity verification. The link they provided, sellercentral.amazon.com/mario/inpvMeeting/appointment/global/node/meetingNode/render, continually sends me to a blank page. I asked Seller Central for another link, but they keep sending the same one. Please, I would greatly appreciate someone providing the web address to set a video call appointment. For some unknown reason, Seller Central won't help. Thanks

Hi, I finally found a link through a youtube video. Type this in your address bar:
sellercentral.amazon.com/mario/inpvMeeting/appointment/global?mons_sel_locale=en_US
This sent me to the page where I could make an appointment for the video call.
