Need a reimbursement of the Professional selling fee of $39.99
I was unaware of the 39.99 charge on my card when I started to browse through the amazon seller platform. I am unable to contact anyone. My account won't even let me submit a case. I NEED HELP. Very frustrated with how the website has be going in circles and unable to contact anyone.

First, go into your Account Settings and Downgrade your Account to Individual. This will stop them charging you for another month.
You can open a case with seller "support" and request a refund. This will only be granted if you have not used ANY of the Professional features. And even then, it may or may not happen. Good luck.
