Amazon warehousing and distribution - Setting Pickup Hours

Hi, I am working on my first Amazon warehousing and distribution shipment. The ship-from address is the manufacturer that I purchase items from. Their business hours are 8am - 3:30PM. I thought that toward the end of the workflow, the Amazon system would ask me the business hours for the pickup location. It looks like this was done in step 1 when you select a pickup address, but I didn't realize it.

How can I update or even just view the business hours for the shipment pick-up location if I have already confirmed and am waiting for a pickup? If I change the location hours in a new shipment, will those business hours apply to all shipments from that same location?

Hi @Seller_LaXfWb19u77C5,

There is no option to update the operating hours for the ship to address for the shipments that are already created. Because the operating hours need to be saved with each workflow, if there are any changes you can view the operating hours for the previous shipment by creating a new shipment in step 1. You would be contacted by their carrier regarding the pick up details.
