My wallet amount is reversed back not able to utilize or run amazon advertisement.
I recharge "Payments Dashboard wallet" in seller central account. My amount is reversed to my bank account every Friday. I need that amount not to be reversed I need it to be utilize for my amazon advertisement.
If I contact amazon seller support means they ask me to contact advertisement support.
If I contact advertisement support they ask me to contact the amazon seller support.
Still now issue is not solved my amount is reversed every Friday. Kindly help because of them time only wasted 4 weeks. no solution still now.
