No.

You need to be buying any inventory from legitimate verifiable sources. Depending on the brand, you may also need permission from the brand to sell on Amazon; and there are plenty of brands which you will NEVER be authorized to sell.

Thank you so much. I carry out arbitration and before choosing the product I verify that Amazon allows me to sell it, as you say, some brands do not allow it but others do. In the specific case of brands that Amazon allows me to sell, I would like to know if it creates any difficulties for me if I buy that product in one of Woot's offers.

It won't cause any problems, until it does. Then you'll have nothing to fall back on.

All it will take is one customer complaining that your item is counterfeit, or fake, or maybe even "not as expected", and Amazon will want to be sure that you are selling legitimate items, and require an actual INVOICE to show authenticity. For anything you buy from Woot or other retail source, you will not have an Invoice, will not be able to resolve the complaint, and your account will be deactivated and all funds will be retained by Amazon, as well as any inventory in FBA.

Hello there @Seller_McfcdelnBMUek

My name is CR and wanted to welcome you here to the seller Forums as I see this is your first post.

I wanted to hop in here to provide you with some resources that I would strongly recommend reviewing and bookmarking for future review as well.

Seller University will be your best friend. It houses a treasure trove of information related to selling with Amazon and lots of easily digestible videos. Many sellers go through these several times before listing their first item. I have also provided additional resources below that I'd like to call out:

I would strongly recommend reviewing these above resources as it relates to how to properly source products to sell on Amazon.

Hope this helps!
