UPS saying that I refused Shipment when I haven't

I have had a rash of returns last month, that never got back to me. When I tracked them, the detail shows that I "Refused" the shipment and they were all returned to the Amazon Return warehouse in Kentucky. I did not refuse the shipments and in fact the tracking shows that I refused them at 5-7 AM, which is impossible.

Has anyone else had this issue

Tatiana from Amazon here. I have never personally come across this issue before while helping sellers. So I wanted to get a few more details from you:

  • Is this happening on all returns, or just a few?
  • Do you have a US based return address, and is it accurate? (I know this seems like a silly question, but sometimes if an address is off by one number, or a unit number is incorrect, it can cause this issue)
  • Have you worked with seller support at all on this issue? If you have, please provide me with the case ID.

Once we have these questions answered, I'll be able to help troubleshoot the issue better.
