FedEx Ground Packages Not Picked Up From Store - Snow Storm
We are in Texas and had bad snow a few days ago. I battled on and got the orders to the FedEx store and dropped them off. It looks like the Express packages were picked up and scanned but the Ground packages were not picked up from their location Thursday or Friday meaning we have a few orders which will be late delivered.
The orders don't show that they were picked up at Amazon's end but they show as "We've got your package" on the FedEx website but show that they have not moved from the store.
My question is, will the paper receipt showing that they were dropped off on time be enough cover for me if there is an AtoZ claim?

One of the requirements for Buy Shipping protection is that the order was shipped on time. This is considered at the moment of the carrier’s first scan.
