Amazon Easy Ship Shipping Fees in case of Customer Reject
Hi,
There was a new policy which was applicable on 10 Nov 2022 regarding easy ship charges.
Now if there is a customer reject are we charged for shipping fees or should it be reimbursed?
Also what is the timeline for such reimbursement. In case of FBA I can see that immediately but in Easy Ship it has been months but no reimbursement for shipping fees. How does Amazon go about this process?

i also havent if any got reimbursement of rejected and undelivered orders of easy ship of November 2022 due to updated policy
