Feedback Ratings

I got a positive feedback about 9 days ago but it doesn't show up in the Feedback Ratings in the Under 30 Days column. Is there something wrong with the feedback manager?

Are you talking about feedback or is it actually a product REVIEW?

There is a difference and a lot of sellers, especially rookies, confuse them.

I'm sorry you're having trouble seeing positive feedback display. I see you've said that the feedback shows up now, so it must have taken some time to propagate through.

If in the future you see further significant delays with this, you can also open a case for further investigation.
