Amazon refund
Hello Dear,Unfortunately, this is very disappointing I have complained so many times to amazon to refund my money. I have not yet started to sell on amazon neither did I select the premium plan. The money was deducted without my consent when I apply for refund they say this."We understand that you are requesting a subscription fee refund. Your request has been declined because you have not been charged a subscription fee in the last 90 days."Is there anyone sincere from amazon who can help me?

Did you go from a Professional plan to the Individual plan, and then request the refund. I am trying to figure out why you cant request a refund.
IIm not sure if you picked Pro plan by accident, maybe because there are certain perks, like the ability to speak with a rep (lol) & you can advertise. Maybe a few others.
I have heard people are getting refunds after they switch back to an Individual plan, so maybe wait a few days and try again. I heard it takes a few months, but they get it back. Amazon requires a lot of patience.

In looking at your 'transaction view' on 6/5/2024, you have a debit and a repayment of $39.99 which offsets your subscription fee.
I will unfortunately not have anything further to share outside of what you were told in your case #'s 15404649351, 15404649351, and 15404649351.
