Want to Disable 2 Step Verification

we are unable to access our amazon account as we don't have access to the number which was used for 2 step verification.

We have contacted Amazon seller support multiple times but not getting satisfactory response. We had uploaded the Govt. ID Card as suggested and also the GST as it was suggested as an additional document by seller support person but still the 2 step verification has not been disabled.

Just wanted to make sure that the State ID Card that i had uploaded is correct or No. So need the clarification/suggestions regarding the same

Two-Step Verification Account Recovery

To regain access to your account, you’ll need to verify your identity. To do so, you’ll need to provide a picture (a scan, or a photo) of a government-issued identity document. Acceptable forms of government-issued identification include:

A state ID card - can you share an example of the same. we have uploaded the pan card of the person.
