Shipment Went to Another FC, not the one in my shipping plan
Help please.
Hi there again! So I would just like to request for a clarification regarding my shipment please.
In my shipping plan, one of the the original destinations is Rialto, CA. I saw that it was received in Rialto CA but now they are being transported to other FC's. I got this message.

Receiving
Amazon receives (locates) your units by scanning your shipment ID labels. Units are made available for sale as soon as we receive them, when there isn’t inventory in-stock to fulfill orders. After your units are received, they may be transferred to other fulfillment centers so they can be closer to customers. Once units are stowed at final fulfilment center, they will be prime eligible.
Your shipment will remain in Receiving status until closed. This is the progress so far:
Units available for sale (located): 84 of 168 units
Units Prime eligible: 0 of 168 units
Please note: We are unable to manually expedite the shipment receive process, and Selling Partner Support does not have further guidance. If there are any issues or discrepancies with your shipment, it will be eligible for investigation on or before Sep 17, 2024Learn more

Happy to jump in here with more information! It sounds like your inventory is being received, but there is an FC Transfer taking place. That means these units are being transferred from one fulfillment center to another to help place the inventory closer to customers. Units in the FC transfer status are available for customers to buy. However, customers might be shown a future ship date if no other units are available in the fulfillment centers for immediate fulfillment. : Transfers may take up to 22 to 25 days to complete. In some cases, transfers may take longer and investigation may be required (for example, delays due to weather restrictions).
Let me know if your transfer is taking longer than that state timeline!
