Shipping templates free delivery
I have 2 shipping templates
Migrated Template with shipping prices based on weight of product
and my own
MERCHANT UK FREE with free shipping
Unfortunately, when I set MERCHANT UK FREE, it still charges like Migrated Template. And more funny, some of my products are with free delivery on Migrated Template (look images)
How to set up free delivery?
Another problem is when I upload flat file. The system reports error on my MERCHANT FREE TEMPLATE, although I have it in drop down list.

What is your account type? I think with Individual Seller you cant offer free, you have to have a Business/ professional selling plan

Just to check when you upload flat file you are using the Inventory Loader template (not Listing Loader) and setting the column under 'Merchant Shipping Group Name' to be 'MERCHANT UK FREE' and not 'MERCHANT FREE TEMPLATE'?
The names have to match exactly to the name you setup under Shipping Templates. The fact MERCHANT FREE TEMPLATE appears in drop down is superfluous. You have to type in MERCHANT UK FREE as that is your template name.
As for it not giving free shipping, you ill need to show your settings for the MERCHANT UK FREE template
