The customer made a call to customer care to report a delay i got the seller _customer message option ,and I took action to deliver to the customer but last month, the customer care person himself gave negative feedback to me, all my customers said they called customer care but do not give any feedback report but I got more than 11 negative feedback just one month span its heavily affect my business my ODR rate got low i got deactivation risk, so without customer concern any customer care person give negative feedback all customers ready to remove negative feedback but due technical issue they are not possible to remove
