Hello Amazons bots are targeting any item that is a backpack, whether it is for children or not.

3 Options:

Option 1. You can call Seller Support and try explaining that the item is not intended for children. You will then be transferred to a different team who will review the listing and verify that the item is not intended for kids. The case will then be forwarded to the product compliance team who will also review your listing one more time. They may ask to make changes to the product detail page to explicitly state that the item is not intended for children. Don't bother trying to appeal through account health unless you have the ASTM and CPC or a letter from your manufacturer. This process takes about 2 to 3 weeks.

Option 2. Send the item to a lab for testing (very costly) and make sure the item is tested to the specifications for ASTM that Amazon is requiring. You will also need to provide the CPC document for this item. Once you have these documents you can appeal the ASINs on your account health page. This is the most effective yet costly option.

Option 3. Ask your manufacturer if they are willing to provide you with a signed letter stating that the item is intended for adult use only and that the item is not intended for people below the age of 12. They also need to state in the document that the item is safe for the general public and is not subject to any recalls. You will then need to appeal the ASIN on your account health page and submit the letter. This is the fastest option but can be hit or miss if the representative that is reviewing your document is not trained properly on what they should be looking for and will sometimes reject the letter you provided.
