Extremely stuck within the Amazon Seller Onboarding Experience
I am a global head of customer experience and user experience and I thought I had seen it all...However, for the life of me I cannot get through the seller onboarding and product listing of a simple product. I reviewed an email from Amazon Seller Customer Service stating that my Brand Name and Product names do not match, but I can't even find the place within Amazon Seller to locate either my Brand Name or Product Photos to reconcile and edit them...Please help.
