Title name length inconsistency

My question is why do some products allow me to write maximum of 200 characters in the product title name while other products only allow me to write maximum of 125 characters?

The answer here is more than likely due to different product title requirements for the different categories that those items belong to. You'll want to review this page on general product title requirements and this one that has category specific style guides. I actually posted about this recently, which you can read here!
