We have noticed that Amazon India has been charging wrong/ exhorbitatnt fee handling fees, which are not propotionate to the calculation. We have raised a case, and the last week, we have followed up with answering their request for informtion. They ask for the same information again and again, with some minor updates. Please give Order Information, fill out the 'ES_Fee_reimbursement_template", share images 1-8, as follows 1. Package Length, 2. Package Width, 3. Package Height , 4. Package weight showing the product inside, 5. Product Length, 6. Product Width, 7. Product Height, 8. Product Weight. Every time, someone new is handling the case, and it looks that they are not checking all the emails from the oldest one.

Since it is a 30 day window for claims, some of the orders will continue to fall out, as Amazon support keeps asking for more information.

Has anyone been sucessful in navingating the Amazon support team, and finding a resolution for wrong Easy Ship weight fee?
