If is set shipping Cost Rs.40 ( if customer order value below Rs.499) Is Prime customer need to pay Rs.40 or seller must be pay for this shipping cost?
Assume, i'm using Price based shipping template (If order value is below Rs.499, Customer need to pay Rs.40 as a deliver charges.)
My question is,
Incasae prime customer put this order & order value is Below Rs.499 Will that prime customer pay this 40 delivery charges or It will be Free for Prime Customer??

Firstly never use price excluding of shipping fee strategy, you'll be in great loss by thinking 40rs increases the order value. This way your conversion rate will drop significantly. Since you are selling a product for 499, shipping fee must not be a problem, If you need you should have a price of 539.
If you set any shipping fee your product won't qualify for Easy ship prime. Since your product won't have any prime badge all the customers pay same price.
