" invalid charge method " + How to click and see the replies?

Hi all

I'm new to setting up my Amazon seller account and struggling with the 'invalid charge method' issue. After browsing through numerous Q&A threads, I realized that I can't click on options like voting or replying. It feels like every step of setting up my Amazon seller account is a hurdle. I'm already feeling discouraged, even though I haven't fully started yet. Are there any solutions to the 'invalid charge method' problem? Could Amazon make the process smoother? It's surprising to see over a thousand questions about this issue. Is it really that common?

You need a valid credit card. Have you gone through Seller University?

Hello @Seller_8hCuMVNBvxiiC,

Thank you for reaching out. As mentioned by @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 you must have a true credit card to have a valid charge method to begin to list items. Amazon will charge the debit card for the subscription fees, but you will need a true credit card for the rest. It must accept international charges as well.

More information can be found HERE on the following thread.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Cheers,

Micah
