Can anyone help me to fix my stranded FBA Inventory

Hello,

I’ve listed two of my brand products on Amazon and set them up as Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA), and I’ve already sent them to Amazon. However, these items are now showing as stranded inventory. When I attempt to rectify the issue, it suggests I need to convert to FBA. Although this initially solves the problem, the listings automatically revert to merchant fulfilled within a few hours. I’ve reached out to the selling support team, but unfortunately, I feel like I’m stuck in a loop as they keep suggesting the same solutions which I have tried several times:

  1. Convert to FBA in the inventory dashboard
  2. Convert to FBA using an inventory loader file
  3. Delete the product and relist it using the same SKU
  4. Wait a certain number of days for the system to automatically convert the listings
  5. Execute all the above steps while standing on one leg

This issue has been persisting for two months now. Has anyone encountered a similar issue and managed to resolve it?

Thank you for taking the time to read my post.

Best Regards,

Jason

Do you have any inventory software running? Like Linnworks etc.

They often revert listings to FBM when there is 0 stock in the warehouses so you can sell your own stock until you restock FBA
